Q3. What is the pricing of the name cards?
Price is calculated based on number of boxes ordered. Prices start from $14.00 for Single sided monochrome to $25.00 for Full colour double sided business cards.

Q4. What is the lead time for ordering name cards?
Your name cards will be available in 2-3 working days. An Email will be sent to notify you. For postage within S'pore, allow additional 1-2 working days.

Q5. What kind of paper will my job be printed on?
All name cards will be printed on 250 gsm art card.
Photos are printed by choice of either matte or gloss kodak photo paper.
 
Q6. What type of print are you using?
For name cards and digital printing, we are using professional digital press DocuColor 6060 Digital Color.

Q7. How do I go about re-ordering my job?
We will provide you with a re-order code, where you can easily key in to retrieve your past order.

Q8. Can I send you documents created in MS Word or PowerPoint? (top)
Absolutely! If you have created documents in Word or PowerPoint that contain photos, clip-art, or other color images, send them in. Same great service, same great pricing.

Q9. What other file formats can you take? (top)
We can take any Mac or PC version of Pagemaker, InDesign, CorelDRAW!, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, any file output as a PDF or listed above.

Q10. What types of storage media do you accept? (top)
We can take your files on a CD, DVD or USB drive.

Q11. How well will my job match what I see on my monitor? (top)
The display on monitor is RGB color, however professional digital press is running CMYK. Due to the wide differences in monitor calibration and the different technologies used, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on a your specific monitor. We do our best to make your job look good.

Q12. What is the difference between the RGB and CMYK color space and why does it matter? (top)
RGB refers to the primary colors of light, Red, Green and Blue, that are used in monitors, television screens, digital cameras and scanners. CMYK refers to the primary colors of pigment: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. These are the inks used on the press in "4-color process printing", commonly referred to as "full color printing".

Q13. Do I need to impose my name cards 8-up or 10-up if they will be printed more than 1 to a sheet? (top)
No, send us a single layout of your job unimposed, we will handle any imposition needed on our end. Let the job to the professional.

Q15. How to enable ftp settings? (top)
Make sure that you disable passive mode(for Windows Internet Explorer users).
tools >> internet options >> advanced >> use passive ftp .... make sure this is disabled

Q16. What is your ftp server? (top)

Q17. How long will it take to upload my files? (top)
It will vary depending upon your file size, the speed of your Internet connection and the volume of Internet traffic at the time you send it.

Once you have made your order, you can delete the images immediately and upload new ones.
 
D3. Why is the image so small?  (top)
We want to optimise the images for web to quicken the loading time of each page.
 
D4. I cannot download the image file sharing style?  (top)
We do not have file download facilities. The interface is for you to upload and view only.
 
D5. What kind of paper is my photograph printed on?  (top)
All photographs will be printed onto KODAK royal paper.

D6. What kind of printing process is used (photograph)?  (top)
We use the latest digital wet printing technology available to ensure that prints are of the highest quality.

D7. What kind of printing process is used (paper A4, A3, Business Cards)?  (top)
We use a Xerox DocuColor 6060 press, one of the high end commercial laser printer.

D8. Why can't I see the drag and drop upload box?  (top)
JAVA 1.4 is required. For windows users please follow on screen instructions when prompted to install JAVA. It is advised that Windows 2000 and XP users get the latest service pack from the Microsoft website.
